Terms and Conditions

Way To Wild Safaris prides it self as one of the best tour operators in Uganda. We specialize in providing affordable memorable budget, midrange and luxury tailor-made safaris in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania.

We request our clients to read through the following terms and conditions of our services and may ask us where they may need more clarification before booking a safari holiday with us.

CONFIRMATION OF A TOUR.

  1. A tour with Way To Wild Safaris will always be confirmed after our client has paid a nonrefundable fee of 25% of the quoted price. This amount helps us to make bookings for your hotels and lodges and some other related arrangements. The remaining balance should be cleared at least 8 days before the start of your tour. For clients who want to clear the balance in cash, it should be settled(on arrival).

In some cases we may ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the tour. This normally happens in cases of fishing safaris, cross country safaris, luxury safaris and gorilla safaris.

  1. Payments for gorilla permits, chimpanzee permits should be made to nil balance and are 100% non-refundable. There is always high competition for these permits and therefore, a gorilla permit/chimpanzee permit can never be issued if you have not made its full payment.

HOTELS AND LODGES

Being among the best tour operators in Uganda means working with some of the best hotels and lodges in the industry.

  1. Accommodation allocated to clients in Way To Wild Safaris’ itineraries are only available upon booking, we do ask our clients to book as early as possible (especially in the high and peak seasons). In case an accommodation is sold out, we select you another accommodation of the same class. We always let the client(s) know about this in time.
  2. Accommodation offered by Way To Wild Safaris is based on two people sharing a room. Single occupancy can also be availed on request.
